METFORM means Metal Forming by cold forging.

Metal is forged into various shapes at room temperature, using special presses. The advantages are numerous. Twenty-six years ago when the process was relatively new METFORM pioneered in establishing the processes with one Press. Today, with the widely known advantages of less material, less machining and higher production, the process is gaining tremendous interest in our cost cutting environment. METFORM has all facilities in house. A bank of cold forging presses up to 12 no.s with capacity ranging fromm 100 up to 800 Tonnes. Processing 100 tonnes of steel, to make nearly 2 million components per month.

The company is TS 16949 certified.

The Company was founded by Mr. VELLORE P RANGA M. Tech (Indian Institute of Technologies, Chennai)and is managed by him from the past 26 years. The units have established a name for its quality among Leading Automobile and Engineering Industries. The unit takes corrective measures in time to overcome the problems both financially and technically. We are very well established in the ever expanding market as we are supplying quality products to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. The company is associated with SS Engineers, Bangalore for all export business.

METFORM COMPANY STRENGTHS:

We develop all tooling, gauges, processes automation and adaptation of conventional machines to our processes and to building protective capacities. We are proud of our developments in adapting many conventional made components to cold-forged execution. We have Captive Tool room and Designs of tooling and Automation are made in house.
Company is equipped with in-house CNC machining facilities, drilling and other conventional machines and any required machining will be taken care in-house.
Company is Bosch approved and have Bosch vendor code allotted.

METFORM MAN POWER:

Metform Engineers has a dedicated team of 70 employees in one plant. 30% of the employees are Management and Engineers. All developments, maintenances, facility improvements is done in house by our experienced staff. This helps inculcate a feeling of togetherness and all work as a team to beat the competition.

METFORM MACHINERY:

METFORM family consists of 12 cold-forging presses ranging from 100t-800t capacity.

METFORM has Design Centre with Captive Tool Room and Modern Machines.

Some components are machined after forging .We have a bank of Automats,Thread rolling machine and CNC-Turning centers to do post forging operation.

ANNEALING & SURFACE TREATMENT:

Annealing and Surface treatment is carried with plenty of capacity to supply the Presses on time.
