Machine Molding Green Sand:

• ARPA 900 Molding Machine - 1 Pair with box size of 850 x 650 x 250 mm - Casting weight 25 Kgs to 100 Kgs.
• ARPA 300 Molding Machine - 1 Pair with box size of 400 x 520 x 150 mm- Casting weight 0.5 Kgs to 25 Kgs.
• ARPA 300 Molding Machine - 1 Pair with box size of 400 x 520 x 200 mm and 520 x 560 x200mm - Casting weight 2 Kgs to 30 Kgs

Shell Molding Line:

• One(1) No USA - Shell Molding Line(single station) with box size of 450x600x200mm. - Casting wt.from 0.2 to 10 Kgs

Hand Molding:

• Separate bay with 500 Kgs - Co2 sand mixer is provided for Hand Molding Process.
• Box sizes of: 560x560x200 mm to 1250 x 1250 x 500 mm and Castings weight from 100 Kgs to 500 Kgs

• Shell core shooter to size 375 x 350 x 350 mm - 1 No.
